Meet the Store Manager, Tia
Tia takes care of our Flagship Store. She is usually the one you meet when visiting the store. Tia became officially a member of Terhi's team in 2018. Let's see what she has to say about herself and her inspiration.

Q & A
Hi Tia, tell us about yourself.
I was born in Kajaani, but I have been living here and there before settling to Helsinki. I met with Terhi in 2013, when I was finishing my Design studies. After that I have been doing some little projects for her along the years. In 2018, I was honoured to be asked as a member of Terhi's team and have been working since then full time for her. At the moment I have taken some business studies alongside my job to serve better the brand and customers in the future.
My Work day starts usually by opening the Store. I maintain keeping the store clean for all of our customers all along the day. I check all the emails and online orders and take care of them. I also keep close contact with the studio on a daily basis and assist them if needed on some projects we might have under work during that time. My days are quite different, because we work in a fast pace and try to figure out always something new. Sometimes my whole day might go on by helping customers. At times we have special guests, photoshootings or happenings and sometimes I might be doing a detective work, trying to find lost packages. The most rewarding days for me are the ones, when I can see that someone leaves happy with our shoes from the store.
